LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Bella Ramsey, in her latest interview gets candid over her sexuality, as she admits she is "not 100 percent straight." ‘The Last of Us’ star, while speaking to Vogue, said she is a ‘little bit wavy’ since she is ‘ever evolving’ as an individual. Ramsey came out as non-binary in 2022 and said that she uses chest binders.

The Vogue launched the July Pride issue in which the 19-year-old gave an elaborate interview. “You never fully know who you are, it's ever-evolving. But I certainly think that people have gathered that I'm not 100 percent straight. I'm a little bit wavy, you know? That's what I like to say.” Answering on dating status, she explained, “I'm 19, so figuring that out's gonna be a part of my life. Relationships are so complex anyway, and if you're in the public eye, everyone having an opinion about them adds an extra layer of difficulty.'

'Thankful to the LGBTQ+ community'

Ramsey also shared how coming out non-binary makes her feel like living in ‘truth.’ “But it's a very succinct way to describe to people who I am. Now I'm able to vocalize it more; being called 'they' is the most truthful thing for me. That's who I am the most', Bella explained. Thankful to the LGBTQ+ community for ‘uplifts them.’ They said, “She'd say, 'You just pick whatever is most comfortable for you today,' and in the end, it was just a binder. There was never anyone pressuring me,” Bella said, according to Daily Mail.

The non-binary star who plays a role in HBO show 'Ellie,' said in an interview, “I wish I could say that I was confident enough [already] that it hasn't affected me in any way, but it has, talking about her sexuality. “I'm just glad I could do that for them and for the show and 'Ellie.' I want to do her justice.”

'It wasn't something I was chasing'

Interestingly, Bella revealed that she never thought of acting as a full-time career. “I didn't go into the workshop wanting to have a career in acting. It wasn't something I was chasing. I'm very grateful it happened like it did,” Bella said. “I didn't imagine this career was ever possible. I didn't even consider it. It would have blown my little brain to smithereens.”
