When a sex tape is leaked nowadays it is taken with a pinch of salt. After all, many celebrities have been known to use it as a means to spur their popularity online. Former 'Basketball Wives' star Sunday Carter is, however, having a hard time trying to make people see the reality. Recently a battle rapper named Meechie Hoe released a video on Instagram which shows Carter performing oral sex on him.

The video was widely viewed and Carter is now dealing with the aftermath. She, however, claims it was Meechie's ploy to sabotage her. In an Instagram post putting out her side of the story, Carter writes that initially she and Meechie were friends and that she even gave him some advice. But the friendship turned sour. The reality TV star claims that she was drugged and raped by Meechie and that anything seen in the video is non-consensual.

Carter also said in her post that the man had drugged her drink in a hotel lobby so that he could come up with her to her room and then take advantage of her. She challenged the battle rapper to release the entire footage because anything that happened in the video was done by her under the influence of drugs.

Despite Carter trying to tell her fans that she had suffered a traumatic incident, very few were willing to believe her. Several viewers wrote nasty comments on her Instagram page and seemed convinced that whatever was seen in the video was consensual and that she was just trying to save her face.

Carter has now decided to take legal action as she warned in the post that people need to lawyer up. In her Instagram stories, she has now put up a post thanking the LAPD for their help in the case showing that she is going ahead with her complaint.
