LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The third episode of HBO’s blockbuster series ‘Barry’ took everyone by storm when our hitman got attacked by several other hitmen so that Hank and Fuches remain safe. Barry was trying to tell the FBI about everything he did in the past and was ready to give all the information to the authorities. However, the latest episode of the HBO series shocked everyone with its ending, and when we say “shocked,” you better believe us.

So, the fourth episode sees every character, except Sally, getting paranoid after learning that Barry (Bill Hader) has escaped prison. In the episode, the news of Barry’s escape from prison reaches several characters, who each react differently. Gene Cousineau (Henry Winkler) gets really scared after learning that Barry has escaped prison and started sleeping with a gun. In one of the most gutting moments, we see Cousineau using the weapon and killing a major character. At night, Cousineau gets frightened by a noise and believes that Barry has come here to take revenge. However, that wasn’t the case. He used his gun and fired some shots, accidentally killing his son.

Did Barry take revenge on Gene?

Now, Barry could have done a lot of things after escaping the prison. He could have gone to Cousineau to take revenge or he could have gone to meet Hank in order to settle their beef. However, he took the safe option of meeting Sally inside her house. In the concluding moments of the episode, we saw Sally returning home from her acting class and finding Barry waiting for him. This is all viewers have been waiting for and they wanted to know how Sally will react when Barry is in front of her.

Barry was about to give an explanation about everything he has done, but before he could do that, Sally asks Barry to run away with her. The episode ends with a startling revelation that gave us a hit about if Barry got a happy ending or not.

Has Barry got the ending he deserved?

The final moments of the episode see a time-jump and we see a young boy get into a fight with his neighbor in a small town. Surprisingly, the boy is revealed to be Sally and Barry’s son. Never in a million years, we imagined this happening so early in the final season.  This means that Barry finally chose love over revenge and seems to be heading toward a happy ending. But we still have four more episodes to go and we think that the makers would continue giving us more and more surprises as the season moves forward.

Barry has started to forget what he did in the past and begin a new life. On the other hand, Sally has left her acting career behind and eloped with Barry to start a normal, peaceful life with Barry and their son. But it seems that Barry’s son is a tough nut to crack and his parents would have to do a lot of work on him.

The ending has taken everyone by storm and given us hope that our hitman will finally have a better life. Let’s see what happens in the final four episodes and how their story really ends.
