Barron Trump, President Donald Trump's youngest son, seems to have hit the growth spurt hard as the 13-year-old was seen towering over his parents on Sunday as he made his way back to White House after a two-week vacation at his father's Bedminster golf club in New Jersey.

The teenager was pictured walking beside his father, who stands at six feet and three inches and his mother, who more often than not, sports sky-high heels. Despite being youngest of the trio, Barron appeared to be towering over them without making much effort.

He also appeared to have switched up his wardrobe for more age-appropriate clothes as he enters the teenage phase of his life.

Gone were his usual preppy polo shirt and khakis. Instead, he donned an all-black outfit and a silver curb chain. He paired his Ralph Lauren t-shirt with Nike sneakers.

The POTUS, on the other hand, wore his standard navy blue suit with a red and blue-striped tie, while, Melania was seen in a forest green skirt, a casual white shirt, and floral Christian Louboutin stilettos.

The only other member of the Trump family taller than the president is his 35-year-old son, Eric Trump, who stands at six feet, four inches, and Barron seems to be taking after his half-sibling.

Here is a look at Barron from just a few years ago, when he was still a few inches shorter than his father:

Apart from the president, the first lady, and their son, Melania's parents Amalija, 77, and Viktor Knavs, 74, were also seen stepping off Marine One and closely following the first family as they walked to the White House.

Amalija and Viktor are known to regularly travel with the Trumps after retiring from their respective jobs at a car showroom and a children's clothing company in Slovenia. Knavs had taken an oath of U.S. citizenship in New York City on August 9, Daily Mail reported.

On Monday, Eric and Lara Trump welcomed a baby girl into their family, which was baby number 2 for them. The businessman took to Twitter announce the name of their newborn girl.

"@LaraLeaTrump and I are excited to welcome Carolina Dorothy Trump into the world. We love you already!" he tweeted.
