'The Bachelor' alums Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon dish on their fate if they had not met on the show

Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon might be head over heels in love with each other now, thanks to 'The Bachelor' but, the duo can't help but have a cute banter about their fate if they hadn't met on the reality TV series.

During iHeartRadio's 102.7 KIIS-FM Wango Tango concert at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California, on Saturday, June 1, MEA WorldWide (MEAWW) caught up with the happy couple who are set to tie the knot in August and found out what they think would have been their fate if they hadn't to meet on 'The Bachelor' franchise.

We asked the couple if they didn't go on 'The Bachelor', where do they think they would have met each other. "It's terrifying because it would have been really hard, I feel like Jared's not the kind that would respond to DMs. And I'm definitely the kind of girl that would have slid into his DMs," reveals Iaconetti.

But Haibon reveals he thinks otherwise: "One, I don't know if that is true, and secondly who says we would have met if it wasn't for the show." Iaconetti chimes in that Haibon is a pessimist when it comes to fate, to which he replies, "I did not mean it in that way, we are always grateful for the show, because it allowed us to meet and I don't want to make it look like we would have met even without the show. So I don't know, but I'm thankful."

The couple will be walking down the aisle in August. When asked if there will be a bachelor party, Haibon replies, "I am having a mini bachelor party because I have three groomsmen in Los Angeles, one in Vancouver, and the rest are around so everybody is kind of sprawled out. But the thing is that I want everybody at the wedding. So I'm going to have a mini one you know, with my best man and a few friends up there. During the wedding, I just want everyone out there for the weekend and make a weekend of it. That's what we're trying to do. So that's the goal, but who knows, I might just go for some Backstreet Boys concert or something."

It is no surprise that Iaconetti is obsessed with the Jonas Brothers right now, so we asked her if she met any of them in the recent past after their new music was released. "I talked to them on the radio. We got hooked up on the radio for an interview once when they were on the iHeart station, it was literally 30 seconds. But there has been communication, but not still conversations," the bride-to-be reveals.
