Zolciak requested that the case be dismissed "without prejudice." While Biermann has yet to file his own dismissal, sources indicate that he intends to do so very soon. This change of heart comes after Zolciak and Biermann filed for divorce in May 2023, 11 years after their lavish wedding ceremony was filmed for a Bravo reality show. Their journey together continued with an eight-season spinoff titled 'Don't Be Tardy.' Unfortunately, the divorce proceedings quickly escalated, with both parties making disturbing allegations against each other, ranging from drug abuse and physical and mental abuse to accusations of kidnapping and gambling addiction.
