Zolciak requested that the case be dismissed "without prejudice." While Biermann has yet to file his own dismissal, sources indicate that he intends to do so very soon. This change of heart comes after Zolciak and Biermann filed for divorce in May 2023, 11 years after their lavish wedding ceremony was filmed for a Bravo reality show.
