TMZ reported that the passenger who took the photo claimed it was an innocent moment, as Tom had his phone out during the ground time of the flight. Unaware that the person on the other end of the line was Raquel, the passenger took the picture, recognizing Tom's distinctive voice. The only snippet overheard was Tom mentioning his destination, stating he was heading to "f***ing Pittsburgh." This photo was taken before the take-off of the flight and it was an accidental click.
