Who is Ant Anstead currently dating? A look at his self-help journey after split from Christina Anstead
No one quite expected Ant and Christina Anstead calling it quits. It came as a genuine shock when the couple decided to split after two years of marriage. The timing of it all had fans confused — the couple just had their son Hudson a year prior and everything seemed fine, on the surface at least. But clearly, they weren't okay, seeing that the couple has now parted ways.
Ant was deeply affected by the divorce, seeing that he went on a recovery break-up program. Ant has implied that the decision to get divorced might have been more Christina's than his. The reality star coped with his heartache by signing up for a 30-day break-up recovery program, known as Create the Love, aimed at helping people "get over it".
That, followed by a boot camp, seems to have done Ant a whole lot of good, seeing that he's doing much better than he was before, now that he's been able to process everything healthily. Ant recently embarked on a weekend getaway with Mark Groves, the man behind the Create the Love program. The getaway seems to have worked wonders for Ant, who shared a post on Instagram and captioned it with the following-
"If you want to go fast go alone. If you want to go far go together! Sedona is magical, and @createthelovehas been such a huge support for me recently so it seemed reasonable I gate crashed his group and they all made me feel so welcome. We hiked, laughed, drank, ate and more! I am Refreshed and refueled! Sedona has kept a part of me! X"
While this seems like it was a fun trip, what caught our eye was a certain blonde, namely Kylie McBeath, who was apart of the group. Ant shared a photo Kylie captured of him on his Insta stories, while Kylie went on to do the same.
By the look of those insta stories, the two seem to have hit it off, but it looks rather innocent, for now. Could there be something brewing or is it just a friendship in the works?
While this may sound like we're making a mountain out of an anthill, if romance is on the cards for Ant, we wish him nothing but the best. Although for now, he maintains that his self-help and self-love journey is his primary focus, alongside taking care of his adorable son, Hudson. What do you guys think?
