'Animal Kingdom' Season 6 Episode 11: Fans HEARTBROKEN after Baz cheats on Julia, but she had perfect reply

Julia and Baz were considered to inseparable. However, tonight's episode gave us an idea why they split

One of the most intriguing storylines in this season of ‘Animal Kingdom’ has been the relationship between Julia and all the other members of the Cody Family, including Baz. Now, we know what happened with Julia and how she ended her life, but there was still a lot to show because no one knew what changed her so drastically. This season has done a phenomenal job of showing why Julia never wanted to be anywhere close to Smurf. Despite being forced to do all the Smurf’s dirty work, Julia found peace whenever she was with Baz and everyone thought that they might turn out to be a couple. But that never happened and we finally got to know why.

In one of the earlier episodes, we saw Smurf (Leila George) giving Baz a new apartment so that he would not be able to meet Julia regularly and will concentrate on his work. Julia was frustrated with Baz accepting the new apartment, but he said that she can visit him anytime and they can have all the fun they want. Julia was really in love with Baz and was thinking of having a future with him. However, everything came crashing down in tonight’s episode when she saw Baz with some other girl.

So, Julia went to Baz’s new apartment to give him a surprise. She took Deran and Craig with her so that they can surf as well. Julia called Baz’s name from the outside but no one opened the door. However, she realized that the door was already open and went inside. As soon as she entered home, she got the shock of a lifetime when she saw Baz having sex with some other woman. Baz was clueless that Julia had arrived and when he got to know that, he started giving excuses.

Julia was very angry at him and punched him twice before leaving him. Fans of ‘Animal Kingdom’ felt really bad for the character and realized how everyone took advantage of Julia’s good nature and turned her into something that she was not.

One of the fans wrote, “My heart absolutely breaks for Julia. Smurf did her wrong. Baz did her wrong. Pope was so quick to turn on her when he found out she was sleeping with Baz then again before the series started. That girl deserved so much more than she got.” Another fan tweeted, “Everyone did Julia wrong!” Another social media user said, “Julia never caught a break IDK how she lived as long as she did”.

“Poor Julia,” said another. Meanwhile, one of the fans really loved how Julia stood for herself and punched Baz right in the face. She wrote, “More of Julia beating the shit out of Baz please.”

This is the first time we are seeing so much Julia on the show. If you have been watching the show since the beginning, then you know that Julia is J’s mother and she died due to a drug overdose. Well, Smurf was the biggest reason why she turned out to be like this and kicked her out of the house. Years went by and J contacted Smurf after his mother’s death, becoming a part of the Cody Family.

The younger version of Julia is played by the supremely talented Jasper Polish. Born in 1997, the actress made her feature film debut with ‘The Astronaut Farmer’ and went on to act in projects such as ’90 minutes in Heaven’, ‘Devil’s Whisper’, ‘American Traitor: The Trial of Axis Sally’, and ‘I Love Us’.
