Angelina Jolie spends quality time with son Pax in Hollywood, days after dropping off oldest son Maddox in college
Angelina Jolie knows how to spend time with each of her six children. Recently, the 'Maleficent' actor was spotted bonding with Pax Jolie-Pitt, one of her adopted sons, at Sushi Park Restaurant in West Hollywood.
Jolie has been a single mom ever since she split from Brad Pitt in 2016. The 44-year-old award-winning actor was seen donning a beige trench coat paired with light-colored baggy pants. She had her hair left loose and didn't wear any make-up which still left her skin radiant.
The 15-year-old Pax led the way after their dinner at the restaurant. He was wearing a grey sweatshirt with a tie-dye blue pattern and a pair of dark blue jeans.
Jolie is back in LA after she dropped off 18-year-old Maddox, her eldest son at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea, earlier this week. Maddox will reportedly be studying Biochemistry over there.
The 'Mr. and Mrs. Smith' actor told college students that she was trying not to cry as she left Maddox, but also shared that the next chapter of his life is really exciting.
The interaction with students there showed a slightly emotional Jolie as she was seen clutching her chest and almost looked as though she were about to burst into tears. Trying hard to fight back the waterworks, she is seen putting up her hands as she says, "I know, I'm trying not to cry." She then addressed the crowd and said that it seemed like a great school: "I'm sure you're all going to like it here."
Jolie adopted the 15-year-old from Cambodia in 2002 and four years later Brad Pitt legally adopted him. According to sources, Maddox is very close to his mother.
However, the 55-year-old actor's relationship with Maddox has been on the rocks since the duo reportedly got into a heated argument around three years ago while the family was traveling in a private plane.
A short while after Jolie filed for divorce, a judge declared the couple legally single in April. However, the former couple is still finalizing the last details of their divorce. Maddox reportedly doesn't think of the award-winning Pitt as his father.
Pitt and Jolie got married in 2014, and after spending 12 years together, the couple has six children together. Maddox, Pax and 14-year-old Zahara (all adopted) apart from 13-year-old Shiloh and 11-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
