Angelina Jolie says none of her six children with Brad Pitt are interested in acting, wants them to work as humanitarians
Angelina Jolie and her ex Brad Pitt may have made massive fortunes from their acting careers, however, none of their six children are reportedly interested in acting.
"None of my kids want to be actors. They're into business, humanitarian affairs, things like that," Jolie recently said, according to PEOPLE.
Jolie is the mother of six children: Maddox, 18, Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 13, and 11-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox whom she shares with her former husband Brad Pitt.
Her daughter Vivienne had played the role of a young Aurora in the first 'Maleficent'. "Viv still can't believe I made her a princess," Jolie said.
Her son Maddox is attending college in South Korea but, in the past, has worked behind the scenes on his mother's films. He was part of her crew during her 2015 film 'By The Sea', which Jolie had written and directed.
Jolie has worked very hard to have all six of her kids embrace the countries that they were born in and has encouraged them to pick up a second language.
She told Vogue that she hopes that her children will work as humanitarians in the future, at least partly.
Jolie herself is the head of the Jolie-Pitt Foundation and works with the United Nations.
Recently, she got candid about her most important priority: parenting. She discussed wanting to focus on 'raising her children well'.
During an appearance at the 'Maleficent: Mistress Of Evil' press conference, she shared, "I feel I like being an artist [is important] of course, but I’d like the other aspects of my work to take over my life a little bit more in the years ahead."
"Really, I just want to raise my children well, they’re all at those very special ages where you don’t want to miss a moment and just get it right before they’re out in the world on their own and having to face it," she added.
