Angelina Jolie is reportedly letting her legal battle with ex-husband Brad Pitt go cold because she is satisfied with the current arrangement.

Jolie and Pitt, in the past years after their divorce, have mostly concentrated on the custodianship of their children, but it looks like the 'Maleficient' actor is most comfortable with her being the primary custodian of their children with Pitt having ample visitation time with the kids.

Jolie and Pitt, parents to 15-year-old Pax, 14-year-old Zahara, 13-year-old Shiloh and 11-year-olds Knox and Vivienne, have found that the arrangement suits both of them well.

A source close to Jolie said to Hollywood Life, "They have a complicated arrangement at present, but she has primary custody with Brad getting tons of visitation as instructed by a judge the last time they went to court," and added, "No, she has no plans to offer him joint custody."

The couple split in 2016 and so far, no final agreement has been reached between the two of them regarding their children's custody.

It was, however, reported that they have reached a temporary custody agreement in November 2018 which gives Brad "less than 50 percent custody of the couple’s six children."

The source continued, "She has no issues with Brad spending time with the kids and she is being sure to follow all visitation guidelines set down by the courts, but she doesn’t want to give up primary custody."

If such a decision were to be made by the courts, the source said, "Of course, if the law requires her to give Brad joint custody she will comply, that’s a given."

According to a report in Mirror, the current arrangement is "drama-free" and working well. The source shared, "When they're all in town [in Los Angeles] the kids have their visits with their dad at his home in Los Feliz several times a week.

"They travel back and forth with their bodyguards and drivers and Angelina doesn't go along for the handoff. It is very well coordinated and drama free," the source added.
