Angelina Jolie reportedly dating Brad Pitt's friend as 'twisted revenge' amid Jennifer Aniston romance rumors
After finding out that her ex-husband, Brad Pitt, was allegedly dating his first wife, Jennifer Aniston, a jealous Angelina Jolie is reportedly doing everything she can to make his life miserable. And that includes getting romantically involved with a friend of the 'Once Upon A Time In Hollywood' actor.
Although it has been years since Jolie filed for a divorce in 2016, according to International Business Times, the 'Mr. and Mrs. Smith' costars are not letting each other move on with new partners, questioning each other's motives every time any of them enter into a rumored relationship.
“Brad’s heard that Angie’s been dating one of his friends. He doesn’t care. Angie told mutual friends that it happened naturally, but of course, Brad questions her motives. He says it’s just another one of her twisted revenge tactics. He doesn’t trust her,” a source said.
Now that sparks are reportedly flying between Pitt and Aniston, Jolie has filed an emergency motion, seeking the sole legal and physical custody of their six children. If she was to get her way, the actor will never get to see their children in the future.
The actor and actress share half a dozen kids together — 18-year-old Maddox, 16-year-old Pax, 15-year-old Zahara, 13-year-old Shiloh, and 11-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox. Since their eldest son, Maddox, is legally an adult, the former couple is locked in a fight to secure the custodial rights of the remaining five children.
Jolie's renewed efforts to gain complete custody of the kids has left Pitt hurt and resentful as he wanted to leave all the bitterness behind and focus on getting on with his life.
“Brad just wants to move on. He knows there’s no talking any sense into Angelina. He’s losing his mind over the ongoing divorce, the mixed messages she sends and her back-and-forth nonsense. Brad just wishes she could be amicable and move on with her life,” the insider added.
We previously reported that Jolie believed that Pitt was using their divorce, their children and his alcohol addiction to get the public’s sympathy and support.
“Angie is still out to destroy Brad. She recently filed an emergency motion order and Brad and his attorneys are bracing for the worst. As soon as Brad heard about the motion, he raced out to Angie’s home to discuss it with her," a source said.
“Trust me, it’s the last thing he wanted to do. It was an icy encounter, to say the least. She glared at him and refused to answer any of his questions — she told him to talk to her high-priced attorney. She shut him down and he immediately regretted even trying to be civil with Angie,” the source added.
There was also the report that Jolie banned Aniston from going near her children after the latter was rumored to help Shiloh land her first acting gig in an upcoming movie, where she will star opposite the 'Friends' actress.
"After Jen revealed there was a small role for Shiloh, Brad managed to get Ange to agree on the basis filming wouldn’t interfere with her studies. But Ange is apparently furious – even more so given her daughter will be starring alongside Brad’s first wife,” a tipster said. “While contract is yet to be signed, Brad’s hoping Ange does not pull any last-minute stunts."
