LUTON, ENGLAND: Andrew, a controversial influencer known for his self-proclaimed expertise on masculinity and his conflicting views toward women, has acknowledged the significant role his mother, Eileen, played in shaping his upbringing. Despite his father, Emory Tate, being absent due to his commitments as a professional chess player, Andrew consistently recognizes his mother's influence in raising him into the person he has become.

Andrew frequently emphasizes the impact his parents had on his development as a man. While he holds his late father in high regard for instilling qualities of strength within him, Andrew equally appreciates the nurturing and guidance provided by his mother. Despite the controversies surrounding his public image, Andrew acknowledges the positive influence of both his parents in shaping his perspective on masculinity. So, keep reading, to know what Eileen has to say about Andrew's "toxic" views and mindset.

'Eileen didn't raise him like that'

Eileen expressed her disappointment with her son's beliefs and made it clear that she did not raise him to hold such views, according to a statement given by a family friend as per The Sun. She disagreed with his controversial perspectives and sought to distance herself from any responsibility for shaping his current mindset. "I don't think she is happy with what Andrew says, the misogyny. She says he says these things for the response he gets - for the number of hits on the internet. He's always going on about fast cars and what a man should be, but Eileen didn't raise him like that," said the family friend.

Despite her divorce from Emory in 1997, Andrew's mother continues to live in the familiar end-terrace house located in Luton's renowned Marsh Farm estate. This house holds sentimental value as it served as the childhood home for Eileen and her siblings. In the years following the divorce, she dedicated herself to raising her sons, Andrew, and his brother, Tristan Tate, alongside their younger sister Janine Tate.

A relative of Andrew's late father made a statement expressing that if his father were alive, he would be deeply ashamed of his son's behavior. They remarked that Andrew's conduct and beliefs do not align with the values and principles that his late father held, further emphasizing the stark contrast between the two generations. "As far as I’m concerned their dad would have respected their business acumen but he wasn’t into misogyny or anything like that. He was a nice guy and a hell of a chess player. He was not the big 'I am'. None of us would have seen any of this coming," said the relative as per The Sun.

The Tate brothers are presently under suspicion for their alleged involvement in serious crimes, including human trafficking, alleged rape, and other acts of violence. Allegedly the brothers enticed women to a luxurious mansion in a prosperous Bucharest suburb, where they were purportedly coerced into participating in pornographic recordings. These alleged explicit videos were then presumably disseminated on the Internet, exacerbating the gravity of the accusations against them.

'She's very strong'

During an appearance on the talk show 'Anything Goes with James English,' Rory Synnott, Andrew's former fighting partner, provided insight into the demeanor of Eileen, Andrew's mother, in light of her son's arrest. According to Synnott, Eileen has displayed remarkable composure and resilience. He further disclosed that she firmly maintains her belief in the innocence of her sons, asserting that the charges against them are baseless.

Synnott stated, "I went to see Andrew's mum last week and you know what, for the circumstances, her two sons are in, she's very strong." Having spent time in the Tate family's home, Synnott spoke highly of Eileen, describing her as a warm and hospitable person who treated him like one of her own. He expressed his dismay at how the media has treated the family following the arrest of the Tate brothers.
