Verge Aero was one of the first contestants to win the Golden Buzzer on 'America's Got Talent: Extreme'. The engineers from Philadelphia put on a drone fireworks show is which was a display of pure brains and amazing engineering. The judges starting with Simon Cowell was so wowed that he awarded them by hitting the Golden Buzzer that sends them straight to the finals.

The group had over a hundred drones that formed different shapes with 'Coldplay's Sky Full of Stars playing in the background. It ended with the drones forming the AGT logo. The performance though garnered mixed responses from Twitter. "NAHHH verge aero killed it forreal. i would really want to see something like that on the 4th of july 😩 ! #AGTExtreme," one of the fans opined. "But apparently @SimonCowell disagrees! HE'S GIVEN THE FIRST #GOLDENBUZZER OF #AGTEXTREME TO VERGE AERO!!!" a tweet read.

For those who missed out on the performance, you can watch it here:

"Verge Aero was amazing them using those drones was fantastic #AGTExtreme," one of the comments read. "You call writing a computer program for drones “extreme”? Impressive? Sure. Extreme? NO WAY! You lost me; I’m done!" one of the fans remarked. "I agree. How is coding and programming a talent or extreme? Frankly I've seen other programming feats more impressive," another seconded. "Such an excellent audition. I don’t know if it was necessarily extreme though," another fan wrote.

"The show is called AGT Extreme. They have had acts in the regular show performed outside. They very well could have, and should have done this act on the normal show. Extreme being in the title of the show should mean that all of the acts are...extreme. Not just outside," one of the fans tweeted. "@VergeAero Wishing you all the best to win, but if for some reason that doesn't come to be, you should definitely contact @Disney!" a comment read.
