LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The historical movie, 'The Last Kingdom: Seven Kings Must Die', is a sequel to 'The Last Kingdom' and serves as the final chapter of Uhtred's saga. Throughout the course of five seasons, we were able to witness the rise and fall of the journey of Uhtred, the protagonist of the series. 'The Last Kingdom: Seven Kings Must Die' served as a perfect conclusion to his character arc. Uhtred has been through downs and ups throughout the course of his storyline and the Netflix movie has said the perfect goodbye to the humble hero of Bebbanburg. 

'The Last Kingdom: Seven Kings Must Die' has several of the cast members reprising their roles from the series including, Alexander Dreymon as Uhtred, Mark Rowley as Finan, Arnas Fedaravicius as Sihtric, Elaine Cassidy as Queen Eadgifu, and Harry Gilby as Aethelstan. The movie also features Ross Anderson as Domnal, James Northcote as Aldhelm, Laurie Davidson as Ingilmundr, Ewan Horrocks as Aelfweard and Zak Sutcliffe as Edmund.

Epic conclusion of Uhtred's story

'The Last Kingdom: Seven Kings Must Die' gave the audience a fitting conclusion to Uhtred's incredible journey. Right from the beginning, Uhtred of Bebbanburg struggled a lot. After losing his father and brother at an early age, Uhtred fought for his homeland. He embarked on a long journey to achieve his goal but lost several loved ones along the way. However, Uhtred ultimately became the righteous Lord of Bebbanburg.

In 'The Last Kingdom: Seven Kings Must Die', Uhtred is once again dragged into battle to save the kingdom. He joins the legendary climactic Battle of Brunanbruh while trying to help his ward, Aethelstan, and is severely wounded. Uhtred finally pledges his homeland to Aethelstan, securing the future of England. As Uhtred realizes his time has come, he begins to see Valhalla with all the people he had lost over the years. Fans are reacting to the incredible conclusion of Uhtred's journey.
