Joining the increasing tribe of celebrities with kids who are trying to get people to see breastfeeding as something natural and socially acceptable and not a taboo subject, American-Canadian singer-songwriter Alanis Morissette posted a photo on her Instagram of her family members gathered around as she breastfed her infant son.

The picture, simply captioned "mornings. #exhaustedbliss" showed the 45-year-old smiling at the camera while sitting in bed, wearing a pink robe, which was slightly open in the front to let her newborn son, Winter, get access to one of her breasts for his early morning breakfast. Around the bed, her husband Mario 'Souleye' Treadway, 39, son Ever, eight, and daughter Onyx, three, snuggled up around her.

This was not the first time that Alanis had shared a picture of her baby suckling at her breast. Earlier this month, she shared a couple of pictures of breastfeeding her son with captions like: "The fourth trimester. #attachment #skinonskin #heartbeat #connection #foundationfortherestofyourlife #attachmentexplorationidentitycompetence" and "snug as a bug in a milky rug.  #worldbreastfeedingmonth #notalwayseasypeasy"

In one of the pictures, taken less than a month after Winter was born, the infant was seen lying in bed while breastfeeding, as Souleye kissed him on the back of the head, lying behind him. After the "Ironic" singer announced that she was pregnant with her third child in March, the couple welcomed Winter on August 8. At the time of the announcement she also told her fans that she was working on some new music.

She shared a black and white picture of herself at the time with a baby bump working in the music studio, captioned: "So much NEWness..." The singer is also gearing up for the Broadway musical 'Jagged Little Pill', which opens December 5, featuring music from Alanis' 1995 album of the same name.
