Update: Alaina Marie Adams, 33, who is reported to have vanished before boarding the Celebrity Solstice cruise in San Francisco on Sunday, April 2, has been located and is safe. Two days later police reported that the missing mother was found at the 1200 block of Columbus Street on Wednesday, April 5. The woman appeared to be in 'good health' and no foul play is being suspected in her disappearance.
The reason for her disappearance has not been revealed as yet.

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA:: Alaina Marie Adams, a 33-year-old mother from Midvale, Utah, has gone missing after she failed to board her Celebrity Solstice cruise in San Francisco on Monday evening. It is uncertain whether Adams had already boarded the 7-day cruise liner from its original destination in Los Angeles or was joining the cruise from San Francisco.
According to police reports, they received a call around 6 pm on Monday from an unknown caller, an hour after the cruise was supposed to leave the harbor, reporting the woman missing. A photo of Adams was released by police, showing her sitting down with headphones on and her backpack strapped to the front of her body, but the location of the surveillance picture is yet to be identified.

Police have reached out to public for help to find the missing mother
It remains unclear whether Adams had her daughter with her at the time of her disappearance, the Daily Mail report noted. The San Francisco Police Department has reached out to the public for help in finding the missing mother. According to reports, Adams was on a celebrity cruise ship that had an overnight stop in the Bay Area. The caller who reported her missing was described as a woman, and it is unclear who Adams was with at the time.
Adams never made it to the ship
The cruise was scheduled to leave from the city's Pier 27 at 5 pm, but Adams never made it to the ship. Police have stated that there is no evidence of foul play or imminent risk factors associated with Adams at this time. However, her last location in San Francisco is unknown, and her disappearance remains under investigation by the SFPD Special Victims/Missing Persons Unit.

Suggesting no foul play, it mentioned, "Adams is described as a 33 yo. white female, 5'4", 140 lbs, w/ black hair, and brown eyes. Adams has tattoos behind both ears and a tattoo on her right foot. At this time, there are no known imminent risk factors associated w/ Adams and there is no evidence of foul play."
