Why did Ross lose his verification mark on Kick?
It turns out that Ross has two Twitter accounts with Kick's verification marks. However, his controversial remarks made through his second account caused the streaming platform to take serious action. Kick decided to remove its verification mark from Ross' second Twitter account while his main account remains verified.
The controversial statements were directed at fellow streamer HasanAbi and esports journalist Jake Lucky. Ross made comments suggesting that Lucky deserved to be violently attacked, writing, “Jake Lucky deserved to be stoaned to death, on god, You need to be bullied,” and he begged HasanAbi to kill himself. Furthermore, Ross tweeted that he was banning Mizkif and HasanAbi from joining Kick, which sparked speculation among fans and fellow streamers.
