Adele's incredible transformation down to '90% dieting' as singer doesn't like to exercise, reveals body coach

Adele's incredible transformation and weight loss are mostly down to her rigorous dieting schedule as she doesn't like exercising, it has been claimed.

The 'Rolling in the Deep' singer had shocked fans across the world when she posted two pictures of herself, one beside Santa Claus and another next to the Grinch, where she showed off her 42-pound lighter body in a gorgeous silky black gown.

The Sun is now reporting that the 31-year-old has 'Brazilian body wizard' and pilates instructor Camila Goodis, who she met via Robbie Williams' wife and former 'X Factor' judge Adya, to thank for the weight loss.

Adele and Goodis are said to have met at Adya's LA mansion, following which the singer participated in joint workouts with Adya. However, Goodis insisted that Adele hated exercising and that her transformation was down to "90 percent dieting."

"I trained Ayda for a long time and it happens that they are good friends so I did Adele when she was there in Robbie’s house," she revealed. "I don’t believe she liked exercise much but she has changed her lifestyle and I believe that 90 percent was dieting."

She admitted Adele was not one of her clients currently but shared that the secret to the singer's weight loss was giving up processed food, sugar, and fizzy drinks and that the incredible change was thanks to "a healthy balanced diet, eating less calories a day and expending more energy."  

"Giving up processed food, sugar, soda and get into an exercise routine, like cardio and strength training, will change people’s body," she added.

The Daily Mail reported that the singer was following the 'Sirtfood Diet,' which is based around plant foods such as kale and buckwheat, both of which suppress appetite and activate the body's "skinny gene."

She is also said to have enlisted the help of fitness guru Joe Wicks, popularly known as 'The Body Coach,' and celebrity trainer Dalton Wong, who has previously worked with the likes of Jennifer Lawrence and 'Game of Thrones' star Kit Harrington.
