Aaron Carter's death home lists for $850K, but room where he died undergoes renovation
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The late American singer and rapper, Aaron Carter's lavish California home is up for sale. Carter tried selling the property in Lancaster, California two years back in 2021, but it never happened. The house spans over 4,100 square feet, consisting of seven bedrooms and four bathrooms has an outdoor swimming pool, and is surrounded by palm trees, the home was up on the market for more than a year.
Before his death, Carter had taken some price cuts before asking for a final amount of $779,900. Christie M Limpus, the listing agent of the property told TMZ that the home is up on the market again, but the asking price is $850K. The amount made on the house will be added to Aaron's Estate and into the trust, that was created for his 17-month-old son, Prince.

Open house arranged in spite of renovations
The bathroom of the house is under renovation right now. The house will be sold with an entirely remodeled bathroom, where the housekeeper had found the late singer dead last November. The listing agent told sources that 5 prospective buyers have shown interest in the property and who have already toured the property since it was brought back on the market. The agent also revealed that she believes the house will be sold this time for the asking price that has been put on the table.
Carter released new single a day before his shocking death
The 'Leave It Up to Me' singer's passing was the most shocking news for his fans after he was found by his housekeeper unresponsive in his bathtub on November 5, 2022, before that the Los Angeles Police Department got a call about a person drowning in the tub. A day prior to that Carter had released a new single with the rapper Check the Star. The late singer was 34 at the time of his death. The late singer will remain alive through his 17-month-old son, Prince, whom he shared with fiancée Melanie Martin, whom the singer had an on-and-off relationship with. The duo had quite a stormy relationship for three years. The couple brought their relationship public in 2020.
