Keke Palmer and Darius Jackson reveal name and first look of baby boy
HARVEY, ILLINOIS: It's a baby boy! Keke Palmer and Darius Jackson are welcoming their first child together. The 'NOPE' actress recently shared with her fans on Instagram, "Only 48hrs of being parents!" The shared post not only included videos of Keke and Darius but the couple also revealed the first glimpse of their newborn.
The post begins with Keke and Darius posing for the camera while driving in the car. Keke is wearing a plaid jacket and high ponytail while posing with her green glasses. On the other hand, Darius makes a funny face while looking into the camera with a black cap. In another clip, Keke and Darius are seen singing a song together in the car as they vibe with each other. Keke uploaded quite a few photos and videos on Instagram. In one of the clips, you can see Darius holding the baby and Keke recording the video as she lies on the hospital bed. In the other photo, the couple can be seen posing with their newborn. Keke also uploads a picture of a baby boy sleeping on the bed next to a green stuffed toy. The baby is wearing a gray sweatshirt while holding the toy as he sleeps. In another photo, we can see the newborn up close. The boy covered with a white cap has a pink face and holds his hands in front of his face while sleeping peacefully on the bed.
Keke wrote, "Hey Son!!!!" She further added the pointers in her post, saying, "1. Only 48hrs of being parents!" She further explained the song she was singing along with Darius in one of the clips. Keke wrote, "Darius always made me playlists when we first started dating, 'Someone' by El Debarge was a favorite. We became each other’s someone and made a someone, look at God!"
Keke reveals that her son is born in the month of Black History, indeed, he has a matching name. "LEODIS ANDRELLTON JACKSON, welcome to the world baby Leo," said Keke.
'I’m not hiding the world from my son'
Keke is overwhelmed with the baby's love. She says, "The baby love Rolling Ray, cause purrr." The TV personality further teased her fans saying, "'I’m not hiding the world from my son, I’m hiding my son from the world.' Hahaha." Well, she further cleared up that this was just a joke. "I’m just playing, my baby face is on this slide," wrote Keke.
As soon as Keke posted about her newborn on social media, fans showered the comment section with congratulatory messages. A fan wrote, "Congratulations family, im so happy for you two and even more proud of you both. Sending big love gangtivity." MTV commented, "congratulations, my loves." Keri Hilson stated, "Congrats to the ‘rents!"
