ROGER, ARKANSAS: TLC's '19 Kids and Counting' alum Amy Rachelle King was recently called out on the Internet after she posted on Instagram about her son Daxton Ryan becoming a model for Sam's Club.

"Model Child! Both items have already sold out in stores and online, I think his smile has something to do with that!" read Amy's post, in which she also added, "Go little man!" showing appreciation for his child.

Internet slams Amy Rachelle King for 'exploiting' her child

Netizens were clearly unhappy with Amy Rachelle King's move, and someone created a thread on the r/DuggarsSnark subreddit.  

Others were quick to point out their disapproval of Amy's act of employing her son in business ventures, as one wrote, "Whose getting the paycheck for this?"

Another stated, "And your kid is no longer a toddler Amy," with one adding, "She continues to debase herself & her kid."

"Poor kid! His life has to be a living hell with her for a mother," expressed a user, while one person quipped, "Amy’s right! It’s always the child model that I look at when buying toys, not the toys themselves."

A concerned individual wrote, "Amy's profile includes "children's advocate". That obviously doesn't include protected chilren from child labor and exploitation."

Amy Rachelle King feels the need to protect her son Daxton from the Duggars

Amy Rachelle King stated the need to protect her son Daxton from the influence of the Duggars, owing to the family's notions and stances, as per PEOPLE Magazine

"I don't know if he's ever really going to get to know them, which I hate to say," said Amy.  

She added, "If you’re going to cover up abuse, then, you know, if you’re not going to protect your kids or your children back in the day, I’m going to protect mine." 

Notably, the controversial Duggar family was once again in the headlines in 2022 when Amy's cousin, Josh Duggar, was convicted and sentenced for child pornography charges.

Who is married to '19 Kids and Counting' alum Amy Rachelle King?

Amy Rachelle King's husband, Dillon King, is an entrepreneur and CEO of Kingston Investment Group, Kingston Media, and 3130 Clothing.

He graduated from John Brown University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and has an Associate's degree in Architectural Design from Northwest Arkansas Community College. 

The couple tied the knot on September 6, 2015, and share a three-year-old son, Daxton Ryan.

Who is '19 Kids and Counting' alum Amy Rachelle King? 

Amy Rachelle King is the 36-year-old daughter of Terry Jordan and Deanna Duggar, who rose to fame after appearing on the TLC show, '19 Kids and Counting', which chronicled the life of her maternal uncle Jim Bob Duggar, and his sprawling conservative family.
