On September 2, another Disney Channel star and That's So Raven alum, Orlando Brown was arrested on one count of burglary but this was only one in a series of incidents this year. On March 18, comedian T. J. Miller was arrested after he called in a hoax bomb threat while riding on an Amtrak train. He said that a female passenger had a bomb strapped to her. Actress Heather Locklear was arrested on two counts of misdemeanour battery on a police officer and EMT June 24. The incident occurred when emergency personnel responded to a domestic disturbance at Locklears house. She is currently being held on $20,000 bail.
