Her determination led her to a food facility rehab center in Ohio, where she achieved her weight goal. Due to excessive weight loss, the '1000-lb Sisters' star still has some loose breast skin which was clearly visible in the photo as she posed in the noodle strap gown, this immediately caught some unwanted attention. Her newfound confidence sparked a frenzy among fans, who couldn't help but voice their concerns about her choice to go bra-less. The internet went into a frenzy as '1000-lb Sisters' star posted the selfie. Many users mocked her for the loose skin while one user said, "Damn girl you look great. You really need a GOOD PUSH UP BRA" A second user added, "Just get a bra bae" while a third user wrote, "Need to get a bra on woman!!!." The comment section went on and on with the advice for her to wear a bra as another user mocked her and wrote, "Goodness wear a bra" A fifth user said "Get a bra boo" and a sixth user added with almost a request, "Tammy please wear a bra."
