'1000-lb Best Friends': Tina goes to a sex shop with the gang to support Meghan
When you've been friends with someone for a long period, you're bound to have your inside jokes and level of comfort. After all, that's what having close friends is all about -- you can be yourself, unapologetically. And for the cast of '1000-lb Best Friends', they have years of friendship that have held them together.
Vannessa, Ashely, Tina, and Meghan might have known each other for years now, but they all have very different personalities. The two members that get along like chalk and cheese are certainly Tina and Vannessa, seeing that they are poles apart when it comes to most things in life.

For Tina, who comes off as a lot more conservative, Vannessa's brash and loud personality, combined with her explicit humor, often rubs her the wrong way. The two have gotten into arguments over this issue before, seeing that Vannessa streaking was a big problem for Tina. While they seem to have looked past their differences, they certainly have different outlooks in general. And it looks like now, the whole group seems to be pushing Tina right out of her comfort zone.
Meghan, who previously expressed that her sex life had been lacking due to her own body issues, visited a sex shop with her friends. Vannessa was more than thrilled to go around and check out toys, while Ashely was neutral about the whole experience. However, Tina was far from having a good time, noting that there was always something explicit around no matter where she looked. She wandered off and found the book section, stating that she was not too comfortable with the explicit variety while she likes books. She mentioned that there were a lot of places that she wanted to go to, but a sex toy shop was nowhere near her list. But she wanted to be there for Meghan and not be a 'stick in the mud'.
The preview only got raunchier, with the ladies exploring a few sex toys to buy until Meghan found one that she liked. Vannessa too purchased a sex toy and joked with her friends that she would be unavailable for a few days. While the women were happy with their shopping spree, Tina seemed happy to be out of the store!
