'1000-lb Best Friends': Vannessa bares it all again before Florida trip
When it comes to living healthy, diet, and exercise are key to keeping specific health issues at bay. However, while many people use exercise to achieve their standard of a perfect body, it is far more essential to be comfortable in your skin to be happy. Furthermore, having society's vision of a perfect body doesn't mean you'll be able to love yourself, that's something that has to come from within.
For Vannessa, Ashely, Meghan, and Tina, the stars of '1000-lb Best Friends', their weight loss journey together goes beyond just getting healthy, it is also a chance to work on their emotional issues and mental health. And having each other's backs certainly helps.

With the ladies' much-awaited Florida trip finally here, Tina, Meghan, and Vannessa decided to get spray tans in order to prep for their getaway. When it came to stripping down and getting the tan, Vannessa was the first to hop in, while Meghan and Tina seemed a little apprehensive. Vannessa, however, was bold as always, noting that she feels comfortable in her skin and doesn't shy away from being naked in front of others.
Even with the spray tan artist asking her to adjust herself to get an even tan, she was more than willing. The artist also appreciated her sincere attitude, reminding Meghan and Tina that it was essential to get out of one's comfort zone to experience new things that otherwise might be closed off.
Tina and Meghan certainly seemed apprehensive, as Tina is a lot more sheltered with things like nudity. Meghan has been struggling with her body image in general. But looks like Vannessa's confidence to be herself no matter what might rub off on them soon enough.
