LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: AMC's latest science fiction series, 'Orphan Black: Echoes,' shares the same universe as Canada's immensely popular show 'Orphan Black,' featuring a character who crosses over between both series.

Anna Fishko's show follows the journey of a clone on a quest to uncover her true identity.

In the pilot episode, we meet Kira Manning (Keeley Hawes), introduced as the scientist and director of the Additive Foundation, responsible for the printing of human clones and organs.

If you were a fan of the old 'Orphan Black', you would be aware that Kira is none other than the daughter of the show's protagonist, Sarah Manning (Tatiana Maslany).

What are the unique skills Kira Manning possesses?

In the Canadian drama, Kira Manning's character, portrayed by Skyler Wexler, was depicted as a miracle child, as the Leda clones were originally believed to be sterile.

Sarah, the clone, challenges this notion by giving birth to Kira, her only known biological child. This distinction quickly makes Kira a target for Dyad, the firm behind the cloning efforts.

Throughout the series, Kira is shown to have an extraordinary connection to her mother and her aunts, the other Leda clones. This emerges as a 'sixth sense' where she can sense their presence or emotions, similar to twins.

She even experiences prophetic dreams that predict future events, often drawing the attention of the show's antagonists.

How will Kira Manning's unique ability be explored in 'Orphan Black: Echoes'?

By focusing on Kira Manning's unique skills, 'Orphan Black: Echoes' may bridge the gaps between the original series and the new spin-off.

There could be many intriguing ways to explore Kira's psychic link and her prophetic dreams, which may help Lucy (Krysten Ritter) to uncover her history.

Kira may have the ability to establish a psychic connection with Lucy, enabling them to communicate telepathically or share memories.

In the series, Kira's prophetic dreams could be further explored, as they provide cryptic clues or warnings about what lies ahead. This ability enables her to anticipate danger, respond appropriately, or disclose important information.

If Kira chooses to side with Lucy, it could become essential for her to oppose the antagonists.

Overall, Kira's struggles are depicted in the show's two episodes, with the reasons behind them still undisclosed.

Considering Kira's unusual past and the new show's focus on cutting-edge technology, it would be intriguing to explore how Kira utilizes her unique abilities.
