LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The murky world of clones and forgotten pasts takes center stage in the latest science-fiction show, 'Orphan Black: Echoes'.
The plot revolves around a young woman named Lucy (Krysten Ritter), who wakes up in a medical facility with no memory of her past and soon realizes that she's infact a printed human.
Lucy runs away from the facility, disoriented and repulsed by her past, and takes shelter with Jack (Avan Jogia), a single father, and his daughter Charlie (Zariella Langford-Haughton).
However, after an incident makes her location known to the Additive Foundation, Lucy is forced to face her past.
What happened in 'Orphan Black: Echoes' Episode 2?
The episode follows Lucy's pursuit of Jules Lee (Amanda Fix), whom she believes to be another clone. Lucy captures Jules and attempts to persuade her that she, too, is a clone, but she refuses and flees.
Meanwhile, Dr. Kira Manning (Keeley Hawes) and Felix Dawkins (Jordan Gavaris) visit a nightclub, where Kira attempts to obtain cocaine for an experiment.
After Jules escapes, Jack tends to Lucy's wounds and demands answers. Lucy tells Jack about her past, which surprises him and he asks for some time to process the new information.
The episode concludes with Lucy discovering a photo of a family that may be related to her origins and Jules video-chatting with her fictitious grandfather.
What will happen in 'Orphan Black: Echoes' Episode 3?
The upcoming episode will set the stage for more intrigue, as Lucy may attempt to infiltrate the Additive Foundation in order to uncover the truth behind the mysterious picture taken in front of a hospital with a family handling the sign of welcome.
Furthermore, Jules may discover something fishy about her identity and decide to investigate her attempts to piece together her past and the true nature of her identity, which could lead her back to Lucy or into new, dangerous situations.
On the other hand, Jack, who is now aware of Lucy's past, will be seen supporting Lucy and further investigating the claims, which will help Lucy even more.
