Yvonne Bar: Model with H cup breasts claims she 'can't see her toes' and suffers neck pain
Yvonne Bar, a 26-year-old model and OnlyFans celebrity from Frankfurt, Germany, has spent a whopping £58,000 ($75,000) on cosmetic surgery, including four boob procedures and a Brazilian butt lift. Bar, who is addicted to plastic surgery, stated that she "can't see her toes."
Yvonne Bar had once complained that she couldn't find a lover because of her huge breasts; she has had so many operations that she now sleeps in a sports bra to support her H cups.
Her plastic surgery experience began when she was a child, when she felt uneasy about her body and was bullied because of her appearance. People dubbed her "tomboy" and said she had "stuck on nipples," according to the former investment banker.

Yvonne has had four boob jobs, a Brazilian butt lift, liposuction, and lip and chin fillers since 2013. The model recently returned to the operating table to have her breasts augmented to a H cup. Yvonne proudly displayed the result to her 3 million Instagram followers.
Despite her enthusiasm for her new look, the model believes that having enormous breasts comes with its own set of challenges. She said, "I can't see my toes when I look down. Some tasks require me to move a lot or fast. For example, running is very difficult and is painful sometimes."
Yvonne went on to say, "My neck sometimes hurt because my implants are very heavy. I wear sports bra mostly during the day and always at night for support."
Yvonne is able to cover all the cost of her surgeries thanks to her OnlyFans account, as she now earns more money than she did as a banker. Her boobs even had an impact on her love life, making it more difficult for her to find love.
Yvonne said, "It's very difficult for me now to find serious relationship and I would really like one but I think I scare good guys off. I attract guys that either want arm candy or ones that are famous and rich - but are players. I want something real."
Yvonne added to her damsel-in-distress tale by saying, "People can't believe that, just because I have big boobs, which is crazy. I've also lost many friends because of my plastic surgery decisions. But to people who judge me, what I'd say is: 'everything I've done, I've done for myself.'"
