World Health Day is celebrated every year on April 7. The purpose of this day is to increase public awareness about the importance of one's health.

The first World Health Assembly took place in 1948, and it decided to mark April 7 of every year as World Health Day. The day was chosen to honor the establishment of the World Health Organization (WHO). The WHO is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year.

'Health For All'

"Health For All" is the theme of World Health Day 2023. The theme's objective is to provide everyone the chance to reflect on the achievements in public health over the past 70 years that have contributed to improving people's quality of life.

The aim of World Health Day is to raise awareness of the value of health and well-being. The purpose of the day is to underline how crucial it is for people, communities, and governments to collaborate in order to guarantee that everyone has access to high-quality healthcare, ZEEBUSINESS reported.

3 healthy food recipes

Chia Pudding

Ingredients: Chia seeds, maple syrup (or sweetener of choice), vanilla, milk.

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.

2. Leave at room temperature to thicken, about 15 minutes.

3. Once thick, stir together again and add a splash of extra milk if needed.

4. Stir in your favorite toppings/flavors and enjoy!



 

Oat and banana cookies

Ingredients: Bananas, rolled oats, and choco chips.

1. Grind the oats for a few seconds to make an oat powder (a bit broken). Mash the bananas.

2. Mix everything together until combined.

3. Spoon onto a non-stick sheet and spread out to make the shape of your choice.

4. Bake for 15-20 mins until golden at 350 °F / 180 °C.



 

Airfryer chicken tenders

Ingredients: Panko breadcrumbs, eggs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, thyme, parsley, paprika, salt, pepper, chicken tenders, olive oil.

1. Whisk eggs in 1 bowl.

2. In another bowl add breadcrumbs, garlic powder, thyme, parsley, paprika, and salt.

3. Dip the chicken tender in whisked egg and then spread breadcrumbs.

4. Brush or spray the olive oil on both sides.

5. Preheat the air fryer to 400 °F for 5 minutes.

6. Put the coated chicken tenders in the air fryer and set it to 400 °F for 10 minutes.

7. Flip it over and heat for another 5 minutes and enjoy!
