Since 2000, the Australian government has observed the day, with 2003 being the first year in which a date was agreed upon by all Australian states. It is also a great tension reliever, as it allows the senses to absorb a variety of environmental stimuli. This day is commemorated by the Prevention magazine and the US Department of Health.
