‘I did myself so dirty’
It presented her in a spread-eagle position while showing her mouth open in horror. Also, due to high wind pressure, her tank top was stuck tight to her body, making it look like she was not wearing anything on top. “Me buying the photos from skydiving for cool shots,” a text at the beginning of the video read.
The woman captioned the post “I did myself so dirty,” which received millions of views along with several comments. A user said, “Skydiving or exorcism?” Another wrote, “I mean, it captures the feeling of skydiving better than any other photo I have ever seen.” A third user shared, “Girl, nothing could’ve prepared me for that.”
'Too much of everything'
Someone else mentioned, “There’s a lot to unpack here.” Another joked, “They should have just given you that pic for free,” while another quipped, “I don't know where to look. There is too much of everything.” A hilarious reaction added, “Actual tears are coming down my face right now.”
Skydiving death in Oklahoma
The post comes weeks after a woman lost her life during skydiving in Oklahoma. The 44-year-old Heather Glasgow died on February 18 while doing a solo skydive. Sallisaw Police Department shared in a statement that the woman “had struck the ground after an unknown issue arose during the skydive. Witnesses stated her parachute had fully deployed, but she was in a spin that she did not recover out of.”
The statement added, “Glasgow was pronounced dead at approx. 2005 hours. Sallisaw Police Department is working closely with Federal Aviation Administration and the Oklahoma Medical Examiner’s Office to determine a cause for the incident. Glasgow had previously conducted a tandem skydive as well as attending two First Time Jump classes.”
A relative of Heather, Jason Glasgow, remembered her on Facebook by writing, “Today heaven received another angel, My dear Cousin Heather was killed in a tragic skydiving accident. The world is a lesser place without her. She lived fearlessly and set the example to never give up and never quit dreaming. Gonna miss you, Heather. Love you.”
