LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Prime Video's much-anticipated superhero show 'The Boys' is all set to release its Season 4 on Thursday, June 13.

In 'The Boys' Season 4, Homelander's reign of terror is expected to escalate, with more chaos and casualties on the horizon.

His track record for leaving a trail of death behind him continues, as seen with the death of his ally Black Noir in Season 3. Despite the introduction of new super-powered individuals, fans are left wondering if Homelander himself might finally meet his end.

Various fan theories speculate on the fate of the star-spangled villain. Will he be sidelined as new Supes take the spotlight, or will he continue to dominate the narrative? Only time will tell if Homelander's rampage will come to an end for good.

Is it time for Homelander to meet his end in 'The Boys' Season 4?

As of now, it's uncertain if Homelander will meet his end in Season 4. However, many characters are gunning for his death.

Billy Butcher has harbored a desire to kill Homelander since the very beginning of the superhero TV series. He's gone to extreme lengths, even resorting to Compound V, in his attempts to bring him down.

While his efforts have yet to succeed, with Butcher nearing his endgame, he's likely to give it his all this time.

Butcher's best shot might lie in recruiting Homelander's son, Ryan, to his cause. Ryan is showing signs of developing powers similar to his father's, and he could be the one superhero capable of matching Homelander's strength and cruelty.

Can Homelander actually be killed?

Yes, Homelander can be killed, but it's incredibly tough. He can take an enormous amount of damage before showing any signs of weakness.

In past seasons of 'The Boys', we've watched him endure beatings from Soldier Boy, Queen Maeve, and a beefed-up Butcher, and still come out relatively unscathed.

His super speed makes him elusive, making it difficult to even lay a hand on him. Add to that his super strength and laser vision, and he becomes a formidable opponent.

His penchant for violence and homicidal tendencies only makes him more dangerous.

Regular human weapons are useless against Homelander. Even something as powerful as a hydrogen bomb might not guarantee success. It seems like only another Supe stands a chance against him.

Does Homelander die in the comics?

In 'The Boys' comics, Homelander meets his end at the hands of Black Noir.

This pivotal moment occurs off-panel, adding a clever twist to Homelander's storyline in the graphic novels. His death happens quietly, orchestrated by someone he once trusted as an ally.

Black Noir, it turns out, is a clone of Homelander created by Vought for a specific purpose: to eliminate Homelander if he becomes a threat to the company's interests.

In issue #65 of 'The Boys', Black Noir reveals his true mission, ultimately surpassing Homelander as the most dangerous threat to the world. It's a reminder that evil clones can't be trusted.

Whether the TV series follows this storyline remains to be seen. However, with a new Black Noir joining The Seven after the previous one's death, it's a possibility worth considering.
