A simple post by BTS’ Jungkook may have changed the life of fellow 97’ liner and Korean-American RnB singer, Justin Park. Soon after, Justin announced the release of his new comeback single. But the biggest question is — will it feature Jungkook of BTS who helped fuel Justin Park’s sudden rise to fame?

While BTS members are known to keep their music tastes mostly to themselves, all of that changed when BTS members all got their solo Instagram accounts. This was after the group announced their hiatus back in December of 2021. Jungkook grabbed the attention of a lot of fans last month when he posted a screenshot of a song he was currently listening to on Instagram. The power of BTS' maknae was evident when fans started jamming to the song recommended by Jungkook. For 24-year-old RnB singer, Justin Park, it has meant overnight fame.

Jungkook’s shoutout leads to Justin Park’s shot to fame

Jungkook's Instagram post low-key flexed his K-pop idol power as Justin Park’s single ‘On The Low,’ recommended by him, has officially gone viral. Millions of ARMYs streaming the single as if their life depended on it. Now, Justin Park is inviting his new fandom to enjoy his upcoming single, ‘Mi Vida’ that the singer is going to drop soon.

While Justin Park may have shot of fame all thanks to Jeon Jungkook, his musical prowess deserves recognition as that is what drove Jungkook to like and recommend his music. In 2018, Justin Park made his debut with the single, ‘Dates in LA’ and went on to release a total of 11 original singles up until 2021. He also dropped his first full-length album, ‘Places Like Home’, an album featuring 14 original songs.

Will Jungkook feature in Justin Park’s single?

Whether Jungkook will collab on Justin's upcoming single ‘Mi Vida’ or any future projects is a question that is yet to be answered. But BTS fans are loving the way in which Justin Park reacted to the shoutout he received from Jungkook. On the day Jungkook posted a story with Justin Park’s ‘On The Low’, the RnB singer posted a video thanking Jungkook for the shoutout on his Instagram showing the world how grateful he was for Jungkook’s kind gesture.

Justin Park announced that ‘Mi Vida’ will be released on February 18 and his label hopes that with the boost Justin Park has received thanks to the 'Golden Maknae' of BTS, the fans he has gained from the unexpected shout-out will also support his new single and all his future activities.
