Chayce Beckham from Apple Valley has proved his mettle in 'American Idol' Season 19 ever since he auditioned. Week after week he's been taking away praise and only praise from judges possibly making him the only contestant who's yet to be schooled by the panel.

Beckham, joined by Grace Kinstler and Willie Spence are now in the Top 3 of the competition and 'American Idol' Season 19 is just hours from finding its winner. The winner, like every year, will be decided by the audience and the odds lie against him. A section of people does not want another 'guy with a guitar', as has been a norm in the past couple of years, to sweep the competition and are hoping for a result that is not predictable.

Viewers choice

"They will pick Chayce but he’s nowhere near as talented of a singer as Grace or Willie. Just the package #NotMyIdol," read a tweet. "This show should be called 'Country-ish Idol'. Too many WGWG (white guy with a guitar) have won in the past... I'm rooting for Grace or Willie, but it won't happen. I remember when Adam Lambert was robbed. Whatever happened to WGWG Kris Allen. anyway?" read another tweet. "He’s going to win, he could not even sing tomorrow and he’d win easily. He would win because he clearly doesn’t have the best voice of the final 3 or 4 for that matter - but Americans love their country music," wrote another fan.
