'Completely ruined it'

The Internet is bashing 'the refs' for the results. A user said, "The refs showing up in the 4th quarter to save the Chiefs." Another added, "Well, considering the refs didn't see the non-catch by Smith in the niner game, that most assuredly had a butterfly effect on the outcome. So meh." A user added, "The refs ruined what was going to be an instant classic that may have went into overtime." "The Ref’s gave them the game. It’s BS.," read a tweet.

A user noted, "Gannon and his non aggressive defense. The refs with multiple bad calls that changed the outcome. Sanders not being able to hold on the ball at all. Throw in Jalens fumble also plus special teams but still a BIRDS Fan till death!." Another explained, "The Ref decided who would win SB. The Chiefs didn't win and the Eagles didn't lose. The bad call at the end of the game decided the outcome. What a shame." Another said, "completely ruined it. Yet again, the refs can't just let the players and coaches determine the winner. "Refs forgot that they want to be main characters as often as possible, but remembered by the end," claimed another.
