LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'Jane' is a live-action animated educative adventure television series. It will debut on Apple TV+ on April 14, 2023. The series was approved by Apple TV+ in February 2021, with it being a live-action-animation hybrid series. It will be made in collaboration with the Jane Goodall Institute. JJ Johnson also wrote the script.

The official synopsis of 'Jane' reads, "Jane, a 9-year-old budding environmentalist on a quest to save endangered animals. Using her powerful imagination, Jane takes her best friends David and Greybeard the chimpanzee on epic adventures to help protect wild animals all around the world because, according to her idol Dr. Jane Goodal."
