Who is Justin Shaun Gray? Texas girl Lexus Nichole Gray, 14, rescued from sex offender dad who kidnapped her
RAINS COUNTY, TEXAS: The Rains County Sheriff's Office announced that they found Lexus Nichole Gray, 14, with her father, 40-year-old Justin Shaun Gray, in Mineral Wells. Justin was taken into custody on Monday, March 29, and Lexus was found safe.
An Amber alert was issued on Wednesday, following Lexus's disappearance from Point, Texas, on March 24, 2021. After nearly a week of intense search, the authorities managed to capture Justin, who has a history of sexual offenses against minors and released Lexus safely.

Following the capture of Justin, the Sheriff's office took to Facebook, saying, "Suspect Justin Shaun Gray was arrested today in Mineral Wells, Texas. Lexus Nichole Gray was with the suspect and is now safe. Thank you to everyone who helped by spreading the word. Thank you to all of the law enforcement agencies and the organizations who list and search for missing children, who worked to get this case resolved quickly and safely," they posted.
Who is Justin Shaun Gray?
Justin Shaun Gray, 40, is the non-custodial father of Lexus Nichole Gray. He allegedly assaulted her mother and chased her with a knife prior to kidnapping her. Following her abduction, the police declared that Lexus was in "extreme danger", as she was kidnapped by a registered sex offender.
In 2009, Justin was convicted on two counts of sexual assault of a 16-year-old, and one count of indecency with a child by sexual contact. The authorities revealed that he is currently wanted a parole violation warrant. He has been described as "6-foot-1 and 200 pounds with black hair and hazel eye" in the police reports.
Accoording to the Public Police Records, the other charges against Justin include a property theft, assault against elderly, obstruction or retaliation, and child sexual assault.
Prior to her kidnapping, Lexus was last seen in Point, Texas. She was reportedly carryonh a backpack when she was abducted. Detectives said he took Lexus from her home in Point, Texas by foot. They were seen in Mesquite, Dallas and Plano since the alleged abduction.
