For more than four months, the CBS reality series ‘Undercover Boss’ has been giving us inspirational content and making us realize that the top management of organizations can make the lives of their employees better by implementing some really useful steps.
Since the beginning of the 11th season, we saw CEOs and co-founders of companies like College Hunks, Rita’s Ice, Restoration 1, US Cellular, and more have appeared on the show and got to know what the company needed to make an impact on the lives of their customers and most importantly, their employees. Now, it’s time for the finale and we are going to see the Chief People Officer of Coco’s Bakery, Warren Boone, make an appearance on the show.

Who is Warren Boone? Meet the CEO of Coco’s Berry
The Texas-based businessman has been working in the food and beverage industry for a very long now and has made a name for himself. As far as his education is concerned, he attended the University of Pheonix from 2001 to 2004 and graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science (Business Management). Recently, he completed his Master's in Integrated Design, Business, and Technology from the University of Southern California.
He began his professional journey in 1990 and started working with Blinker International. Boone worked there for 14 long years and held various positions such as Recruiting Manager and Human Resource Manager during his time at the organization.
Meanwhile, he changed his job in 2014 and joined Islands Restaurants. Boone joined the company as Director of Recruiting and held the position for more than two years. After that, he was promoted to the position of Director of Human Resources and in September 2015, he was made the Vice President of Human Resources and Legal Operations.
After working there for more than 16 years, he left the company in 2020 and was named the CPO of Shari’s Berries and Coco’s Bakery. While appearing on ‘Undercover Boss’, one of his jobs will be to join one of the outlets as Trainee General Manager. He will meet Art, the General Manager for one of the outlets, and assist him in putting the deliveries inside the appropriate rooms. Art will be telling him to pass the boxes really fast and wants Brad (Boone) to be at his best. Boone joked that Art is like a Drill Sergeant who wants everything to happen fast.
