Season 11 of ‘Undercover Boss’ is slowly inching toward its conclusion and we saw a lot of inspirational stories this time around. CEOs and founders of several organizations make an appearance on the show in an attempt to see how their companies are running and if their employees are happy or not.

Last week, we saw Laurent Therivel, CEO of US Cellular, make an appearance on the reality series and get to know about the problems the company was facing. He helped the employees who were working hard by giving incentives and promotions as well. Now, it will be Gary Findley, CEO of Stellar Brands and Restoration 1, going incognito on the show so that he gets to know if his employees are happy with his leadership.

Gary Findley, CEO of Restoration 1 (CBS)

Who is Gary Findley? 

The CEO of Restoration 1 currently lives in Waco, Texas, and attended the University of Mary Hardin-Taylor, obtaining a degree in Business Marketing. However, he began his professional journey way before he attended the university. In 1994, he started working at Neighborly as the Vice-President of the Franchise Sales and had the responsibility of overseeing franchise sales and development.

He worked there for 2 years and went on to become the President and COO of Curves in 1996. In the 8 years that he worked there, he helped in creating the business from the scratch and took the company to over 8,000 locations across the globe.

After his stint at Curves, he worked as CEO at Snap Fitness 24/7, and Operating Partner of Franchising & Home Services at MPK Equity Partners.

In 2016, he became the CEO of Restoration 1 and took the company to over 350 locations across 43 states. Currently, he is working there and has made some stellar decisions to take the company to a whole new level. In 2017, Restoration 1 acquired a complimentary service brand ‘Bluefrog Plumbing + Drain. The brand is currently at 20 locations.

Last year, he became the CEO of an umbrella company ‘Stellar Brands’ that united brands like Restoration 1, Bluefrog Plumbing + Drain, The Driveway Company, and Softroc under one multi-branded organization.

In 2018, Entrepreneur magazine ranked Restoration 1 on their prestigious annual Franchise 500 list of the best franchise systems to invest in for the third consecutive year.
