CBS reality show ‘Undercover Boss’ has been one of the finest reality TV shows in recent years and has always helped organizations to make some drastic changes. Who is Paul Damico? 

Damico is one of the influential names in the world of retail and currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia. Damico went to Comsewogue Senior High School in 1982 and took admission in Johnson & Wales University. During his time there, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree and specialized in Hotel, Restaurant/Institutional Management.

Damico began his professional career in 1986 with HMS Host as the Vice President of the International Concept Development department. He worked there for more than 12 years and increased brand portfolio from 20 to over 75 branded relationships. He changed his job in 1999 and co-founded FoodBrand LLC. He was a part of the company for five years and helped over 100 restaurants in growing.

The Restauranteur joined Moe’s Southwest Grill in 2008 as president and worked there for almost six years. During this time, he received the Restauranteur of the Year award from the Georgia Restaurant Association in 2015. Since then, he has worked with organizations such as FOCUS Brands.

In April 2020, Damico was announced as the new CEO of Round Table Pizza and did wonders for the chain. However, in August 2021, he became the CEO of Fuzzy’s Taco Shop and is currently working there.

Over the years, he has been a member of several prestigious organizations such as Georgia Restaurant Association, Women’s Food Service Forum, Share Our Strength, Illinois Restaurant Association, and International Food Manufacturers Association.
