POTOMAC, MARYLAND: Season 8 addition to 'The Real Housewives of Potomac', Nneka Ihim, who is married to Dr Ikenna Ihim, a physician, has a love story like no other!
The medical professional entered her DMs, and Nneka decided to take a big risk three weeks later by going on their first date on Christmas Day.
Ikenna and Nneka have been married for two years, and now that they have found their dream home in Potomac, the pair are planning to expand their family shortly.
Ikenna is a Nigerian-American doctor and philanthropist, best known for his work in nasogastric intubation. He was born on October 27, 1984. He has been working on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic since 2020.
Ikenna was given the title Nze Ikeoha 1 of Nkwerre. In his Instagram bio, he calls himself, "Nze (prince) Ikeoha 1 of Nkwerre."
Education and career
Ikenna earned a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Maryland, College Park, before attending St Matthew's University, where he studied medicine and graduated in 2014.
He completed his internal medicine residency at Coney Island Hospital from 2015 to 2018.
He eventually obtained his North Carolina medical license, became a board-certified internist, and began practicing in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
During his medical school years, he attended Davenport University and earned an MBA in healthcare administration, graduating in 2017.

Ikenna was born in the Nigerian city of Owerri, Imo State. He is originally from Amorji-Ugwu, Nkwerre, Imo State. His father is Nze OFN Ikenna, a business magnate and former governor of Imo State. Daisy Ihim is his mother's name.

Nneka is from Beloit, Wisconsin, and she just moved to the Potomac region with her husband, Dr Ikenna, according to her official Bravo profile. Nneka, like Dr Wendy Osefo, is a first-generation Nigerian American.
The new cast member is the daughter of Leo Egbujiobi, a well-known interventional cardiologist and philanthropist.
The latest 'RHOP' full-time cast member graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor's degree in arts, English language, and literature, followed by a PhD in law from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
Nneka began her career as a university reporter for CNN at Ann Arbor, where she served from September 2009 until June 2010.
She subsequently spent four months as a student attorney for Legal Services of South Central Michigan Inc, followed by a summer associate attorney position at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in Rockford, Illinois.
The newest 'RHOP' season 8 housewife then went on to work as a labor and employment attorney at Shenoi Koes LLP in Pasadena, California, for eight years before moving on to her present job as an employment counsel at Square.
