Whindersson Nunes: KSI offers to triple YouTuber's Kingpyn money after fight with Filipek
KSI has challenged quarter-final victor Whindersson Nunes to a duel with an enticing prize during the Kingpyn High Stakes competition. With a large following in his home country of Brazil, Nunes' victory over Filipek in the Kingpyn High Stakes event's quarter-finals last weekend was witnessed by a sold-out crowd at Wembley Arena.
Notably, the semi-final, which will take place on June 3 at the 3Arena in Dublin, will pit the Brazilian against Beta Squad star King Kenny. His commanding performance will probably see him put King Kenny to the test, who will probably play a pantomime villain in front of a boisterous Brazilian crowd.

Will Whindersson Nunes accept KSI’s challenge?
At the conclusion of Round 2, Nunes struck Filipek with a body shot and immediately knocked him out. Following that, the Brazilian received praise from the crowd because it was unexpected in the original boxing ring. One of the largest YouTubers turned boxers in the world, KSI, was immediately drawn to this.
JJ aka KSI, tweeted after Nunes' fight asking the boxer to a duel. “Nunes, I loved the energy you and your fans brought to Kingpyn. As soon as you won your fight, majority of the audience left. You need to realise that you’re bigger than Kingpyn,” his tweet read.

I wanna fight you in a stadium in Brazil. Whatever Kingpyn are paying you, I’ll triple it. Kingpyn…
"I wanna fight you in a stadium in Brazil. Whatever Kingpyn is paying you, I'll triple it. Kingpyn can replace you with someone else in the tournament. Let’s do it after my fight in May," his tweet added
Only time will tell if Nunes will accept this challenge at this point. Since KSI promised thrice the money, a match in Brazil and the fact that the boxer was among the elites, the odds are in his favor.
Knockouts at Kingpyn
The victory of Nunes in Kingpyn was not the only knockout worthy of a highlight video last weekend. A few other Brazilians left the competition with commendable results from prior campaigns. When Patryk Surdin attempted an unfortunate double leg at KSW 81, bantamweight Wellerson Martins precisely timed a knee, resulting in a KO just 12 seconds into the third round of their fight.
