Where is Ivanka Trump? Former 1st daughter parties with friends before 40th birthday
Ivanka Trump has been keeping a rather low profile since leaving DC in January, but she seems to be having fun in Miami as she was spotted over the weekend celebrating with her friends ahead of her 40th birthday.
The former first daughter flew to South Beach for an early celebration with her pals, surrounded by champagne and caviar. Ivanka is turning 40 on Saturday, October 30, as she was out with her friends as they hit the Surf Club at the Four Seasons. They later had dinner on the outdoor patio of private club ZZ’s in Miami’s upmarket Design District and danced the night away in true Florida fashion, Page Six reported.

“It was two days of boating, beaches and bubbly... There were champagne toasts, cake, and caviar," a source told the outlet, adding, “it was an all-girls affair — with girlfriends from New York and Miami — but Jared made a cameo at the Surf Club dinner.” You can view the photos here.
Where is Ivanka Trump?
Trump, her husband Jared Kushner, and their three kids — Arabella, Joseph and Theodore — moved to Miami last year, after serving as senior White House advisers to her father, former President Donald Trump. “They’re loving it down there. It really suits them," a source told Page Six.
The family was spotted out in Miami last weekend, visiting a local synagogue on Saturday, October 23. They coordinated in white, blue, and earth tones for the fall outing in the Sunshine State. Ivanka was seen in photos sharing a sweet moment with Jared, placing her hand on his neck as they walked. Since her Florida move, the 'Women Who Work' author has been snapped multiple times dining, surfing, and enjoying an airboat ride in the Everglades, per Hola! magazine.
Earlier this month, Ivanka and Jared were captured packing on the PDA while looking after their children at a Miami waterpark. The former president's eldest daughter was dressed in a purple floral print bikini with a white lace cover-up, completing the look with black sunglasses. Meanwhile, her husband was topless and wearing only his swimming trunks. The pair exchanged kisses and grinned from ear to ear while watching over their three children.
In January, the Wall Street Journal reported that the former White House advisers had signed a deal to lease a condo in the coveted oceanfront Arte, located in Miami's posh Surfside neighborhood. The deal was “thought to be an interim measure while the couple builds a house on a lot they recently purchased on Miami’s Indian Creek Island for $32 million," per the WSJ.
In July, it emerged that Ivanka and Jared had purchased a $24-million estate on Indian Creek Island, formerly owned by billionaire Alex Meruelo and his wife Liset. The 8,510-square-foot French neo-classical home boasted six bedrooms and more than eight bathrooms. Property records showed that record producer Scott Storch also owned the same house, from 2004 to 2008, per Hola! magazine.
Last December, Page Six reported that the couple purchased a $30-million land lot on the other side of the island that has 200 feet of beachfront and was formerly owned by Spanish singer Julio Iglesias. The ultra-exclusive Indian Creek Island has about 30 mansions and offers amenities such as a 24-hour private police force and an 18-hole golf course. Ivanka and Jared's neighbors reportedly include Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen, Carl Icahn and Edward Lampert.
