DENVER, COLORADO: 'Married At First Sight' Season 17 newlyweds Michael Shiakallis and Chloe Brown embarked on an adventurous honeymoon in Canon City, Colorado. The couple tied the knot amidst the show's ongoing divorces. In contrast, fellow Season 17 couples Clare Kerr and Cameron Frazer, Orion Martzloff and Lauren G, Brennan Shoykhet and Emily Balch, Austin R, and Becca Haley enjoyed a whirlwind honeymoon in Cancun, Mexico. Notably, Michael and Chloe received less time and exposure than their 'MAFS' counterparts.

However, the viewers criticized the show for providing a different honeymoon experience for Michael and Chloe and accused the producers of organizing it in Colorado, where both reside.

A social media user remarked, "You mean to tell me that Michael and his bride are doing their honeymoon in the same state?? Girl!" Another individual added, "If you live in Colorado you should have visited Colorado Springs many times. What a lousy place for a honeymoon."

Another internet user expressed, "Come on producers! You could have at least sent them on a honeymoon to another state. Michael is getting the second rate treatment." Another critic stated, "This low budget honeymoon. They used all their honeymoon budget on the first couples lol."

Another viewer shared, "Michael got left at the alter he deserved a honeymoon somewhere lavished and out of the budget Dubai or Bora Bora.

Another X user tweeted, "They couldn’t send Michael & Chloe on a real getaway. It’s not fair they are not getting the same honeymoon experience like the other couples since the original bride dipped. Send them to Miami at least or somewhere warm. But nope down the street they made them drive."

Does Michael Shiakallis' know about his 'MAFS' second marriage?

'MAFS' Season 17 star Michael Shiakallis was jilted at the altar by the runaway bride, leaving his mother heartbroken. However, Michael successfully got married to Chloe Brown in his second attempt, and he had yet to break the news to his mother. In the latest episode, Michael revealed, "She doesn't know that yet. I did tell my mom about what happened the first time and you know that's something that's fresh in her mind." However, Michael did share the details about Chloe with his sister but asked her to not inform their mother.

He told Chloe, "You know I told my sister about it but I asked her not to tell my mom the second time around, because I know for my mom, when I told her about this potential journey the first time, like, it was hard for her to understand, why you would want to go about it this way." He added, "She thought that you know it wasn't a good idea." Chloe was supportive of Michael's decision and said, "Well, I think her reaction was totally normal and I think her reaction is also something that I would 100% expect."

Will Chloe Brown and Michael Shiakallis move in?

After an adventurous hiking and intimate massage, Chloe Brown and Michael Shiakallis contemplated taking the next step in their relationship. The duo considered moving in together to strengthen their marriage. However, Chloe was uneasy about the idea of moving in and expressed to her husband, "I'm saying I don't know if I can do this."
