LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Netflix is known for pushing the boundaries in terms of the genres it explores. This can be seen in the original content produced on the streaming platform including groundbreaking thriller movies like 'Bird Box', 'Spiderhead' and 'The Woman in the Window'. And now the streaming platform is expanding its horizon in several languages including the upcoming Belgian movie 'Noise', which falls under the psychological thriller genre.

Written by Steffen Geypens, Robin Kerremans and Hasse Steenssens and directed by Steffen Geypens, the movie 'Noise' is set to premiere this month. The upcoming psychological thriller film follows the story of Matt, a new dad and an influencer, as he moves to his childhood home with his family. Slowly, Matt starts to uncover a family secret regarding his father, that is linked to the accident that has happened at a nearby factory. As Matt starts an in-depth investigation, he starts to uncover some unexpected secrets including family drama which leads to the proceedings of the film. The official logline of Netflix's 'Noise' reads, "The film tells the story of Matt (Ward Kerremans), an influencer and young parent to newborn Julius, who discovers a dark secret from his dementing father’s past. He starts an in-depth investigation, which consequently opens a Pandora’s box of secrets and unravels more family dramas than anticipated. Matt's wife, Liv (Sallie Harmsen), is deeply concerned and will do everything in her power not to lose him, but is it too late..?"
