'90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?', one of TLC's most successful relationship-based reality TV programs, aired its 2022 edition on August 28. With 8 episodes in, what can fans expect when the program returns on Sunday with a brand-new episode?

Some of the '90 Day' Universe's most popular couples return in season 7 of '90 Day Fiancé: Happily, Ever After?' This season is for anybody who has been wondering about Big Ed and his forthcoming wedding, the loud and intruding voice shouting "Michael" throughout Hazlehurst, Georgia, or whether Jenny and her new in-laws are indeed a huge and happy family. What happens next to the characters is at the heart of the program, as it was on '90 Day Fiancé', '90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days', and '90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way'. Viewers are now hopeful that Michael's visa will be accepted this season so that he and Angela may begin living together in the United States.

'90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?' Season 7: Is Liz Woods lesbian? Big Ed calls fiancee 'dishonest'

What happened in '90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?' Season 7 episode 8?

Andrei is still waiting for a green card after four years of bureaucracy, and he believes someone in his wife's family has been talking to officials about his case. While cameras were not allowed to film their interview, viewers observed stressful interactions between Libby and Andrei both before and after the meeting. They're equally as worried as before as they emerge and get into the car: Andrei's green card hasn't been accepted yet, but it hasn't been refused either. The pair rehearsed answering questions about each other that they expected to be asked, but mistakenly offered conflicting responses about when they met, which might be concerning. Libby is determined to accompany Andrei to Moldova if he is required to go, but she is saddened that their daughter Ellie will not know any of her relatives in Florida. "F**k your family!" Andrei yells. He vows to sue anyone found tampering in the case and is resigned to the potential of deportation. "If it’s game over, it’s game over," he declares emphatically.

The fallout from Big Ed and Liz's engagement party continues, with Liz walking away alone. Big Ed is as outraged as he is concerned about her safety, and yet he is given a ride home without her. Producers catch up with Liz and offer her a ride home, which she takes while ranting. She admits to tossing her ring into the grass, where it has since vanished. Back at home, Big Ed proposes that Liz travel with her grandparents. "Whatever, you got jealous over someone who is attracted to me," she adds. "Are you a lesbian?" he asks Liz flatly. She claims that she is solely attracted to guys, yet he never comes to bed to hug or otherwise interact with her. Big Ed advises her to sleep off her inebriation "if you want a chance in hell" of remaining engaged to him. "I don’t need a chance in hell," she responds. "I’m already guaranteed a one-way ticket toward hell, Ed!" He asks where her $13,000 ring is, and she answers someplace in the bush, which irritates him even more. "You threw a $13,000 ring in a bush? You’re dumb! You’re not getting anything in my life, you’re out!"

"I know that I’m innocent in this, and you are insecure. If you want me to leave, I’m gone tomorrow," Liz adds, closing a door behind her.

Kimberly and Usman are on their way to see Usman's older siblings and the mother asks for permission to marry Kimberly; they decide to bring a cow as a gift. Usman has yet to inform Kimberly that his family is unlikely to approve of their union, and she is holding out hope. "Aside from fighting in Operation Desert Storm, this is probably gonna be the most nerve-wracking experience of my life," Kimberly says in an interview. "I’m kinda going in there with a cow, like, ‘Hi, how are you?’ No plan." Kimberly is unable to comprehend what Usman's mother Fadimatu and his siblings and sisters are saying, but Fadimatu's outraged expression when she first sees Kimberly tells it all. "He has married a white woman before," Fadimatu tells her children. "There was an issue between them and they separated. They could not produce a child."

"This time around, I don’t think we can support this issue," Mohammed, the eldest brother, tells him in English. Kimberly requests to speak, but no one grants her permission. "It’s clumsy for you to keep presenting these kinds of women who have no hopes of producing children," Fadimatu tells Usman.

Shaeeda receives the following tragic news from her fertility doctor: Her egg count is low, and he advises her and Bilal to attempt to conceive within the next six months for the best chance of success. The doctor detects that Bilal is still not ready to begin and advises the pair to get on the same page. "If we don’t get pregnant spontaneously in six months, we can look at other options," he says. "I felt like I heard him say that I could never have children," Shaeeda confesses to the cameras. She emphasizes that time is important and that they must begin immediately. "If Bilal is not willing, that is definitely going to be a deal breaker in our relationship."

Jenny and Sumit returned to their hotel after their Kama Sutra-focused yoga session to practice the methods, but a doctor was summoned when Jenny sat on top of Sumit "and broke my stomach," he recalled in an interview, referring to the damage as "navel displacement."

"I’m not calling you fat, like, I’m calling myself little skinny," he laughs. They leave Rishikesh after their honeymoon to head home. Sumit says he wants to stop on the way and check in on his parents because they haven't checked in on him and he wants to keep trying to win them back. "They cannot live without me and I cannot live without them. I feel like if I don’t try, then they will start hating you," Sumit warns Jenny. "They already do hate me," she says. They return home and start shopping for cleaning goods. Jenny wants a vacuum cleaner, but Sumit explains that not only is a broom more inexpensive, but his parents would condemn her if they had a vacuum and believe their house is still unclean. Sumit tells the cameras, "Jenny needs to forget American housekeeping and learn Indian housekeeping."

"Sumit has completely lost his mind," she adds during her own sit-down. "He can go and talk to his parents, but I don’t want any part of it. This is not the married life I expected."

Jovi is set to depart for three weeks of road work, and Yara finally agrees to wait for him to return before flying to Europe with their daughter Mylah to see her mother in the Czech Republic and aid her friends and relatives who are still in Ukraine. Jovi's mother, Gwen, Yara, and Mylah went to a handicraft store two weeks later to catch up and spend time together. Yara expects to receive her green card in the mail any day now, and she informs Gwen she plans to travel as soon as she receives it. Gwen asks Yara why she wants to bring Mylah so close to a conflict zone, and she responds, "because her other grandma need to see her."

"I want them to see each other, but the timing is terrible," Gwen tells the cameras. "I wouldn’t want them to be that close. It just scares me."

"You’re being selfish right now," Yara observes. "You didn’t think about my mom."

"Jovi goes to work all the time," she complains in an interview. "When he’s gone, does it really matter where I am?"

Angela's friend Rene persuades her to stay in Nigeria for at least one more day in order to speak with Michael before returning home. She doesn't want Angela to dwell on the what-ifs rather than find a solution. Angela is determined to go straight to her lawyer's office, petition for a divorce, and apply for the K-1 spousal visa when she arrives in Georgia. Angela dressed up in a backless gown to meet Michael for cocktails. "At least he can see what he’s going to miss," she adds.

In an interview, Michael adds, "I’ve never been so angry in my life."

When they're all gathered, Angela orders three shots and a Heineken to prepare for the fight. She orders that he deletes his Instagram account and his phone. She instructs him to place his phone in her purse, which he does, taking the purse with him. "I’m not here to fight, I’m here to make peace," he declares.

"F**k you, I’m getting on my plane!" She walks away, yelling.
