DIXON, KENTUCKY: '1000-lb Sisters' Season 5 star Tammy Slaton has weighed down to 420 lbs. In the preview clip, viewers see Tammy being overwhelmed by her weight.
The doctor asked Tammy, "Did you ever think you'd see the day of 420 lbs?" In response, Tammy shook her head and said no. She says in the confessional, "I was so worried about the number but in 6 months I lost over 100 pounds."
Tammy then remembered when was the last time when she weighed 420 pounds. She said, "The last time I weighed this low, I was like 15, 16."
Being proud of her huge milestone, Tammy says, "It's really mindblowing, like, I freaking really did this." The teaser, released recently, is titled, 'Tammy’s at her lowest weight since being a teenager!'
A fan praised Tammy's weight loss saying, "Not only is she losing weight but her attitude seems to have changed as well. She is now much calmer and less irritable. Can't wait to see you continue on your journey!"
Another complimented her effort, "Keep up the hard work Tammy! You’re doing beautifully in every possible way!" "Tammy!!! So proud of you," wrote another.

'1000-lb Sisters' Season 5 star Tammy Slaton finally fits in the car seat
In the past, Tammy had been too heavy to fit in the back seat of her car. But now that she has lost significant weight, the TV personality can finally fit in the backseat and buckle her seat belt.
In one of the episodes of '1000-lb Sisters' Season 5, we see Tammy saying, "The last time I sat in the front (referring to the seat), it’s probably been 15 or 20 years. But I’m willing to try and see how it goes."
The clip then shows Tammy sitting on the floor of the car every time. But, now when she finally fits on the seat, Tammy cheered in excitement, "I did it!"
After Tammy's big achievement, brother Chris Combs says, "When Tammy actually realizes that she sat down in the chair and she's good to go and the door can close, you can tell the little battle that she just beat made her feel wonderful."

When Tammy started her weight loss journey, she weighed around 717 lbs. She has now weighed down to 420 lbs. However, the TV personality has not yet gone through her skin removal surgery.
In her social media posts, we see the extra skin hanging from her neck, hinting that the star is still due to go through her skin removal surgery.
