'He just want one last high': Young Thug trolled as video reveals him taking drugs IN COURT
ATLANTA, GEORGIA: Two-time Billboard charts topper Young Thug and other co-defendants from his record label are currently facing trial in Atlanta in the YSL RICO case. The members of the record label are accused of being a violent street gang. In a viral video that is making rounds on social media, the rapper was caught allegedly being handed a drug while in court.
The surveillance video shared by WSBTV reporters Mark Winne and Michael Seiden on the latter's Twitter account shows an alleged exchange of a drug between the 31-year-old rapper and his co-defendant Kahlieff Adams. Seiden wrote, "EXCLUSIVE: My colleague @MarkWinneWSB just obtained surveillance video that shows the moment prosecutors accuse Young Thug and his co defendant Kahlieff Adams of conducting a 'hand-to-hand' drug deal in court."

Seiden explained in a separate tweet that Adams was found in possession of drugs. He wrote, "When deputies searched Adams, they found him in possession of Percocet, marijuana and tobacco wrapped in plastic and food seasonings to conceal the odor of weed, according to investigators."
Seiden further explained that Adams apparently ingested contraband and was taken to Grady Hospital "in an effort to conceal the extent of his crimes within the courtroom." As per Seiden, the prosecution has filed a motion "asking the court to 'make a finding of fact that Court was delayed on January 18, 2023 because of the actions of Defendant Williams and Defendant Adams.'"

Why was Young Thug in court?
Thug was arrested on suspicion of gang involvement, and was accused of a number of other alleged offences. Adams, Thug's attorney, earlier made a public statement saying, "The reality is, Mr Williams has nothing to do with what went on in the courtroom yesterday. One of the co-defendants, on his way to the restroom, attempted to pass something to Mr Williams, who immediately turned it over to the deputy. We don’t know what the item is. Did not know what it was. Turned it over to the deputy right away. The deputies took action. The individual who had the contraband, not Mr Williams, was taken into the back, where I’m told he ingested whatever he had. He had to be taken to the hospital, and as a result, the court was terminated for the rest of the day."
Who is Kahlieff Adams?
Adams is a co-defendant in the case and is serving a life sentence at the Hays State Prison after being convicted of murder in 2019. He was back in court after dealing with charges of conspiring to violate the RICO Act and attempted murder. However, after his recent shenanigan of allegedly handing out a drug in court, he has been charged with possession of an alcoholic beverage by an inmate, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, two counts of willful obstruction of law enforcement officers and possession of schedule II-controlled substances.

The audacity to try to do this in front of the whole court, the judge, bailiff, lawyers, and cameras is baffling to me. Like it had to be on purpose right?" One user trolled Thug and wrote, "Young thug never coming home."
